GENDER

Gender-affirming care rooted in equity, respect, and radical acceptance.

Our practice centers trans liberation—mental health support that honors identity and fights stigma.

I value holding space for folks to explore what gender identity and expression mean to them, and I strive to create an environment in which my client and I can bring our fullest selves into this work.

No topic is off-limits in my therapy sessions!

I am an interactive, empathetic, approachable, and accessible therapist. Through reflection, discourse, and feedback, I aim to support and empower you as we explore your identities, relationships, and goals in a supportive and affirming environment. I believe trans rights are human rights—and that includes creating space where trans and nonbinary clients are heard, held, and honored.

GENDER AFFIRMING LETTERS

I believe that trans and non-binary people should have access to gender-affirming medical procedures without being required to participate in therapy or get a letter from a mental health provider.

If you are in need of a letter for access to gender-affirming from a licensed mental health professional, I can provide a letter in one session or two sessions depending on complexity, ongoing therapy is not required. I offer this service on a 'pay what you can' scale (including pro bono, at no cost) based on your financial circumstances. I will discuss this with you prior to our appointment to determine an agreed-upon fee. This includes pdf copies of your letter and ongoing support should your letter need editing.
