COVID-19 Vaccine Commitment
Toward The Within Counseling is committed to protecting people in Washington from COVID-19 through vaccination.
As a mental health care provider, I am committed to the health of my patients and my community. I’ve joined the Washington State Department of Health with a commitment to support getting as many people vaccinated against COVID-19 as possible.
Everyone who visits my practice should expect to hear the following steps:
SEEK – We will seek our patients’ COVID-19 vaccination status.
ASK/EDUCATE – I will ask my patients if they are vaccinated. If they’re not, I will offer them the education and information they need to make an informed decision.
VACCINATE – If a patient agrees, I will provide them with COVID-19 information and resources to receive the vaccine or booster.
EMPOWER - I will empower my patients to share their vaccination status with the community.
